Pakoras are also a versatile snack, suitable for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.<br /><br />Ingredients and Method: <br /><br />Potato: (آلو) 1/2 KG<br />Spinach: (پالک) 1/4 KG<br />Onion: (پیاز) 1 Medium Size<br />Crushed Coriander: (کر شڈ دھنیا) 1 TBSP<br />Crushed Red Chili: (پسی سرخ مرچ) 1 TBSP<br />Salt: (نمک) To Taste<br />Celery: (اجوائین) 1 TSP<br />Proven Coriander: (ثابت دھنیا) 1 TSP<br />Crushed Cumin: (کرشڈ زیرہ) 1 TSP<br />Rice Flour: (چاول کا آٹا) 2 TBSP<br />Gram Flour: (بیسن) 1 ½ Cup<br />Proven Cumin: (ثابت زیرہ) 2 TBSP<br />Crushed Chili: (دادھڑ مرچ) 1 TBSP<br />Hot Spices: (پساگرم مصالحہ) 1 TBSP<br /><br /><br />ایک باول میں آلو، پالک، پیاز، ثابت دھنیا، پسا گرم مصالحہ، نمک، دادھڑ مرچ ، چاولوں کا آٹا، اجوائین، کرشڈ زیرہ، کرشڈ دھنیا، ثابت زیرہ، پسی سرخ مرچ، سبز دھنیا، سارے اجرائ کو اچھی طرح سے مکس کریں، پھر بیسن شامل کرکے اچھے سے مکس کریں پھر حسب ضرورت پانی ڈال کر پکوڑوں کے لئے بیٹر تیار کریں۔ پھر ایک کڑاہی میں کوکنگ آئل گرم کر کے پکوڑے فرائی کریں۔ <br /><br />مزیدارآلو پالک کے کر یسپی پکوڑے تیار ہیں۔ <br /><br />In a bowl, combine potatoes, spinach, onion, ground coriander, ground hot spices, salt, red chillies, rice flour, celery, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, ground cumin, ground red chillies, green coriander and mix all the ingredients well. Do this, then add Besan and mix well, then prepare the batter for the pakoras by adding water as required. Then heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the fritters.<br /><br />Delicious potato spinach crispy fritters are ready.
